Original fixture concepts licensed to manufacturers who want to lead.
I develop original lighting concepts — form, proportion, materiality — and license them to manufacturers positioned to bring them to market.
The work is rooted in five years inside the industry, designing for houses whose names carry real weight. I retain the IP. They carry it forward. Royalties follow the fixture.

A fixture begins as a drawn and modeled concept — form, proportion, materiality, intended light. I develop each piece independently and retain the IP throughout. You see resolved work, not roughs.
I research your catalog before I reach out. What I bring you is already sized for your collection, your price tier, your manufacturing reality. The conversation is about whether you want to move forward, not whether it fits.
A licensing agreement defines territory, exclusivity, term, and royalty rate. The IP stays with me; the right to manufacture, market, and sell belongs to you for the duration of the agreement.
I consult through prototyping and pre-production as needed. Royalties follow net wholesale sales, reported and paid on a quarterly schedule. The relationship continues as long as the fixture sells.
Currently reviewing licensing partnerships for 2026–2027 releases.
